Installation of Acoustic Ceiling

The process begins with careful planning and measurement of the ceiling area to determine the number of tiles and grid components needed. Step by step installation of acoustic ceiling;

  1. Install the perimeter wall angle around the room’s edges, ensuring it’s level for a professional finish.
  2. Hang the main runners and cross tee to create a sturdy grid system, using binding wires attached to the ceiling joists to support the framework.
  3. Once the grid is in place, the acoustic tiles can be laid into the framework, starting from the center and working outwards for even spacing.
  4. It’s important to cut the edge tiles to fit as necessary, ensuring a snug fit against the walls.
